Option #1: Comprehensive / Establishing Care Visit - $245.00

• 60 minute initial consultation
• Comprehensive physical exam
• Dietary / Lifestyle analysis
• Individualized treatment plan
Option #2: Limited Office Visit - $200.00
Includes:
• 45 minute initial consultation (limited to 1 previously diagnosed health condition)
• Individualized treatment plan
• One Craniosacral treatment
Option #3: Acute Office Visit - $95.00
Includes:
• 25 minute consultation focusing on an emergent condition (eg. colds/flu, sinusitis, sore throat,ear infection, etc.)

Pediatric Initial Office Visit (Age 12 and Under)- $150.00

Autism/ADHD Initial Consult - $250

Return Office Visits – billed at $180.00 per hour

• 20 minutes - $60.00
• 30 minutes - $90.00
• 40 minutes- $120.00
• 50 minutes - $150.00

Senior Citizens (60 years and older)10% off all fees.

Full payment is expected at the time of visit. Payment methods include:

Insurance:

Presently, Naturopathic doctors are not covered by California insurance companies. While we are actively attempting to change this policy, Dr. Werner regrets that at this time, she is unable to directly participate in any insurance reimbursement program. Because some of our patients have insurance policies / flex plans that cover naturopathic medicine, a superbill will be given to each patient at each visit. However, it is the patient’s responsibility to submit each bill to his/her insurance provider.
